Having founded NTP in 2012, and acted as the company’s first President & CEO till the end of 2017, Mr. Dory is now the Chairman of the company. He divides his time between London and New York, focusing his work on strategy, growth engines and new ventures in the Fintech domain and particularly Cryptocurrency and Blockchain/Hashgraph start-ups and new upcoming technologies.

During the course of his many years in the international arena, Mr. Dory has devoted a significant amount of time to the Emerging Markets and has visited over 50 countries, engaging top leaders in both the public and private sectors. Key to NTP’s success, Mr. Dory initiated and led the company’s global localization expansion plan by opening two new corresponding offices in Jakarta, Indonesia, and Tel Aviv, Israel, during the first half of 2014.

Prior to NTP, Mr. Dory worked for nearly three decades in the Emerging Markets for a number of renowned MNC in the fields of telecommunications, IT and Fintech as well as having significant successful entrepreneurial experience in the establishment and management of mobile, internet, networking and telecommunications start-ups, and more recently Fintech and Blockchain particularly. He currently ‘Chair’ two companies (NTP and MoC) and sits’ on the Board of a number of European and Indonesian companies.

Rafael Botbul is the President & CEO of NTP. Operating from France, he divides his time between Paris and the U.S., focusing his client work on sectors relating to Advanced Technologies and the New Economy with emphasis on strategy, innovation, product development and rapid commercialization of digital products, services and platforms, as well as analog-to-digital transformation, and industrialization of Advanced Technologies to help companies operating in established economies to position themselves as global players. He has achieved major success in redirecting corporate and business unit objectives, improving M&A processes, managing post-merger integration, improving R&D effectiveness and boosting productivity.

Prior to NTP, Mr. Botbul worked for over two decades in the fields of telecommunications, networking, IT and Energy for a number of international corporations and in key top managerial positions. Among other, he negotiated, concluded and managed a wide range of agreements and projects for advanced technology start-ups. Rafael holds a BTS (B.A) in International Business and Sales Management from the “Université de Bourgogne”, France, and sits on the Board of a number of European and Indonesian companies.

Sol Avraham is a senior partner and the Managing Director of our North and Latin America practice. Operating from New York, he mostly divides his time between the East and West Coasts of the United States with full responsibility for the company’s activities in North and Latin America. He focuses his client work on sectors relating to telecommunications, advanced technologies and emerging economies with emphasis on market penetration, Go-To-Market (GTM), pricing, brand strategy, customer strategy (acquisition and retention), localization strategy, as well as localizing corporate operation, corporate development, M&A processes and managing post-merger integration.

Prior to NTP, Sol worked for over two decades in the fields of international cooperation, global telecommunications and IT with companies such as Hutchison Whampoa and Nexus Telocation, as well as having significant successful entrepreneurial experience in the establishment and management of eCommerce and other ventures in established economies. Sol holds a BA in International Business Studies and a BA in Psychology from Argosy University of Arizona. Sol is married with two children.

Eric Klein is NTP’s Advanced Technology Chief Evangelist. Dividing his time globally, he focuses primarily on Advanced Technology start-ups with emphasis on innovation, intellectual property, patent review and drafting, product development, improving R&D effectiveness, product transformation plans, product performance improvement plans and global manufacturing.

Prior to NTP, Eric worked for over two decades in the fields of international cooperation, global telecommunications and IT with companies such as MCI Worldcom and Verizon, as well as acting consultant for the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Eric is also the co-author of RFC4864 – Local Network Protection for IPv6, and has written several articles on network management and disaster recovery. He holds a number of patents under his name as well as academic degree of BBA in Management Information Systems, and a MSc in Information Systems & Telecommunications, both from Pace University – New York.

Eli Clark is the General Counsel of NTP, responsible for all the company’s legal and compliance matters. Eli brings nearly three decades of legal experience, having practiced with leading corporate firms in New York and Washington, DC, where he counsels high-tech companies on investments and other financing transactions as well as licensing and intellectual property issues, guiding and supporting them from the initial start-up phase to global recognition.

In the past Eli has practiced at Eitan, Pearl, Latzer & Cohen-Zedek and Dewey Ballantine (now Dewey LeBoeuf), Hughes Hubbard and Cahill Gordon in New York. He holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a BA in English and Economics from Yeshiva University.

Daniel Dorffman is the Chief Administrator of our global operation. Operating from New York, Daniel has overall responsibility for the company’s Strategic Alliances Program as well as liaising with top-tier financial institutions in the U.S., UK, Europe and Japan.

Daniel has extensive M&A experience specializing in post-merger integration (PMI), organization design, operational improvement, organization effectiveness and Corporate Development. She has worked on PMI projects for a number of large international companies and has led multiple engagements on distribution strategy. Prior to NTP, Daniel worked for over a decade at Citi Bank and The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS). She holds a double honors degree in Business Studies and Corporate Finance from the City University, London, England.

Ziv Shalev is NTP’s Micro Start-up Chief Evangelist. Operating from Beer Shiva, Israel, he is responsible for our government supported one-on-one program designed to build Micro Start-ups in the Negev region of south Israel, focusing on innovative groundbreaking tools and methodologies for the creation and development of virtual small businesses. Ziv is committed to finding ways to help entrepreneurs find, hire, and pay the world’s best freelancers to build and support a successful small business from home, with an emphasis on digital transformation, product development (mostly SW), eCommerce commercialization, profit improvement and maximization, small business growth strategies, effectiveness and performance improvement as well as innovation, intellectual property, product development, product transformation, product performance improvement and global sourcing.

Ziv is a successful serial entrepreneur who graduated from one of Israel top IDF technology units, with more than two decades’ experience. He holds a degree in Behavioral Sciences and a Masters in Clinical Psychology from the University of Ben Gurion University, Beer Shiva, Israel.
